In the course of using Acquera Pro’s services, specific sensitive data may be requested (e.g., health data). Sensitive personal data is subject to additional protection and regulations (GDPR – “special categories of data”). Such data will be handled with the highest degree of care and confidentiality, will only be collected with explicit consent of the User (Data Subject), and will be used strictly for the purposes explicitly stated at the time of collection.
